A Promise and Powerful Message to My Brothers, We are Three

Dear Alan and Justin, and you, too, Ryan,

I'll plug this in right here. This is a promise and a powerful message to my brothers, we are three. To anyone who reads this message and turns these words into actions, lucky you. Is it luck? I think not.

I was sending messages with my brother Alan a week before we were to celebrate Independence Day in the United States of America. The year is 2023.

What Freedom Means to Me

WARNING: This is NOT the corporate death trap version of freedom, AKA the safe version. Take heed lest you experience real freedom.

Freedom is a state of mind that is always at the ready to be initiated. Freedom, whatever that may mean to the reader, is an individual creation and leaves no room for envy or capture of another's free state. You have to build your own freedom; others may try and be helpful, but nobody else can build it for you. At this stage in life resulting from the magnatude of externally advertised and influenced programming, freedom is a 100% surgical mental operation. Converting existing anti-freedom mental states into free states is the first thing to be enacted and completed.

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind

For example, it took me a long time to master the art and work of living like a millionaire. Actually, decades and a few years. And then today, as I was writing this, the thought occurred that time could have been reduced significantly in a momentary mental shift. But what did I know? I limited myself to thinking that being a millionaire was gauged by the amount of money I would have in my bank account. I was wrong. Very wrong. As it relates to money, being a millionaire isn't about money. Being a millionaire is a mindset. Financially speaking, being a millionaire means learning how to use other people's money to make money for oneself while rewarding them for the opportunity they granted. How to do it? Gotta have a convincing plan and a promise to fulfill. In other words, the investor gets a return first even if I go broke. Who likes working for free? I sure as hell don't.

People with money want to make money. They all did the same thing, they helped other people by bringing in their plans for success and profit. There is always the element of risk involved, but the ones who get money and make money are the ones who respect those risks and take them responsibly. They take risks whether they are the money getters who come with the plans, or the money givers who come with the investments. So then, commitment and descipline are required at 100%.

Playing it Safe

Playing it safe means taking from a pot of limited supplies. I thought I would be in business as a carpenter forever. I thought I would create relationships and have working people forever. I had a few, but what happened when my mind and muscles got weak and it was time to fold? What happened to those people who put their safety metrics in me? Well, if they weren't prepared, they sunk. Based on societal standards, they probably blamed me for their shortcomings. I know I have blamed others for my own shortcomings. But that wasn't how I rolled. I like to think I developed relationships with other start-ups (that's important) who built their own skill sets for themselves and set out on their own journies toward personal success early on. That's how it worked, I shared my skilled, they shared theirs, we all improved and we all prospered. They brought in their own customers and projects as I did mine! Some within months, some a few years. They didn't rely solely and safely on other nouns (people, places or things) for their future sustainance, they sought their own ways long before I retired. Bittersweet ends, yes, and we are all still friends. That is how we all learned to "play it safe."

Write a Book 

Now is the time for me to edit and publish my book. You should, too, Alan and Justin. Maybe that's how we start a successful operation. We can all write and share our own books with each other. We can support and assist each other with content and editing. Each of use have special skills that we can use to support with our own freedoms, independence and success. Sure we may still have to work for the man for a little while longer, but we can do this. If we put our beans together, we can make a marketable burrito.

Writing a book as a primary means of entry will do so much more, we can't begin to understand the blessings and gifts to come of it. We certainly can't know if we don't do it. So then, how to proceed? I suppose we find and set a specific, unadulterated time to meet, perhaps once a week for a half-hour in a group video chat, like Zoom. I know how to do that. We start with an initial meeting, establish a workable plan of action, and we commit. What do we have to lose? Nothing. What do we have to gain? Isn't surprise grand!

You want out of these feelings of not being free? Write a book. You probably already have and don't even know it.

Send a Letter

Alan, you sent me a few handwritten letters over the past few decades. Those letters were POWERFUL, Alan! I'm glad I only recieved a few because I never had a chance to take them for granted and develop an expectation. That means they are treasures worthy up keeping under lock and key. Oh, and, you don't have to be in prison to write letters.

Write a book, Alan. Publish it in a community of like minded people starting with your friends. Give them hope and reason and drive to share it with their own loved ones. What a gift to share with friends to hear messages from your heart.

The Creators

Do it NOW! Start brainstorming and shifting your mental input and output. To think is to create. Everything we do in our lives is done first in our minds. Out of our thinking we employ focus on the things that matter most to us. Where focus goes, energy flows.* Where energy flows, creations are made. But there is one MAJOR key element to creation: VISION. What is vision? Something seen, with eyeballs. And how is vision brought to life? With words. The very first example that God gave us was when God said with his words, "Let there be light." And there was light. God made light with his own words. What they didn't tell us was then He used his hands to make the vision real.

I'll bet God also sulked in his own mental prison and miseries for a long time before he discovered the power of his own Word. Miseries or His own wishful thinking and kept Him feeling He was sinking until He discovered choice IS His own. And then he sent a Messenger who said, "All these things I do, you can do, too." All starts with giving the word and changing the mind and giving the word again and changing the mind again, etc.
